Every PixelBrew mug is printed to order by Printful. Nothing sits in a warehouse, so yours is made when you check out.

Production & shipping

• Production: 3–5 business days from order to dispatch.
• Transit: carrier time on top of production; it depends on where you are. You get a tracking email the moment it ships.
• Where we ship: worldwide, printed at the Printful facility closest to you where possible.
• Rates: calculated at checkout.

Returns & replacements

Each mug is made for your order specifically, so we can't accept change-of-mind returns.

If your mug arrives damaged, defective or wrong, send us a photo within 30 days through the contact page and we'll replace it free. No need to ship the broken one back.
